KCC fund for a maximum of 570 hours a year for universal and 1140 hours for extended entitlement.
We offer the funding during term time only over 38 weeks at a maximum of 15 hours/30 hours per week known as non-stretched funding.
We also give parents the option to stretch their funding over 48 weeks which equates up to 12 hours/24 hours per week this is known as stretched funding. Due to a shortfall when stretching funding parents will be invoiced for half an hour per month if 15 hours stretched and 1 hour per month if 30 hours stretched.
8am-8.30am and 3.30pm-4.30pm is chargeable, also anything over your funding allowance is chargeable, see our fees structure.
All day 8am-4.30pm (8am-8.30am and 3.30pm-4.30pm are chargeable where funding cannot be used)

Some families are eligible for FF2 funding. All Free for 2 funded children are entitled to 15 hours per week of funding over 38 weeks or 12 hours per week stretched over 48 weeks which can be used between the hours of 8am - 3.30pm.
All 3 & 4 year old children are entitled to 15 hours per week of early education the term after their 3rd birthday. Funded children are entitled to 15 hours per week of funding over 38 weeks or 12 hours per week stretched over 48 weeks which can be used between the hours of 8.30am - 3.30pm.
If you and your partner work 16 hours or more per week and earn under £100,000 PA each you may qualify for 30 hours per week of funded entitlement. Please visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk to see if you are eligible. If you are eligible you will receive a code which you need to give to us to validate. Children whose parents qualify for the extended entitlement can access 30 hours per week of funding over 38 weeks or 24 hours per week stretched over 48 weeks which can be used between the hours of 8.30am - 3.30pm.

1 x FF2 place - hours to be used between 12.30pm -3.30pm
1 x Free entitlement place 15hrs (12hrs if stretched) hours to be used between 12.30pm-3.30pm
1 x Extended hours place 30hrs (24hrs if stretched) hours to be used between 9.30am-3.30pm
Please note if you access a totally free place, you cannot purchase additional sessions. No registration fee is required if you access one of the above 3 places which are subject to availability.

We require a £50 one off registration fee, snack fee is charged at 50p per session, 1 session is either am or pm while one day would be classed as 2 sessions, these are charged per term (6 times per year) Sun cream is charged at £6 per year or you are welcome to provide your own.
